Design Notes

The toehold switch was designed by using the online software designed by iGEM17 Hong Kong-CUHK team. The H5 RNA sequence (A/Egypt/MOH_NRC_8434/2014 ) was first downloaded from the Influenza Research Database and inputted into the program. The toehold switch with the highest ΔG RBS-Linker was chosen.
